A wonderful micro lot from a twice winning Cup of Excellence farm. This is a versatile, full bodied, coffee that is well suited to all brew methods and works well with milk. In the cup look for flavours of Chocolate, Cocoa and Maple Syrup.
The history of San Guyana is synonymous with quality and this quality has been recognised internationally achieving a position among the best that Guatemala produces. Juan de la Cerda maintains strict control throughout the whole process from plantation management, the hand picking and the milling of the coffee.

The farm has qualified for the world renowned Cup of Excellence six times and twice they have been awarded first place.
