Altitude: 1700 masl
This coffee comes from a small family farm that has been producing speciality coffee since 2016. They grow both Caturra and Catuai and produce a range of different microlots that include washed, honey and naturals.
Rwanda Bwishaza Co-operative Washing station, 30%

Brazil Recanto Farm 50%
Varietal: Various
Process: Pulped Natural
Altitude: +-1100 masl
Recanto is a large farm that grows a wide range of varietals and focuses on producing really great coffees. We've selected this particular coffee as it has a traditional nutty, chocolate, sweet profile that works particularly well in a blend designed for espresso. The farm is both Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certified.
All the ingredients are excellent single origins in their own right and are often available to purchase on their own or as part of this blend.
The blend is subject to change at anytime however we aim to achieve a consistent taste profile.
