New roaster: Carringtons Coffee Co in Buckinghamshire

Carringtons Coffee Co. are a small batch roasters based in Olney, Buckinghamshire.
Founded by Suzy and Alex, they champion single-estate farms, primarily Colombia, where they have a special interest and personal connection. They are both musicians and through a close music school teacher, they visited the family coffee farm in Bogotá, Colombia. It was from this unforgettable trip that gave Carringtons Coffee Co a newfound purpose about developing relationship coffee.
New roaster: Blind Owl Coffee Co. - Bristol

Blind Owl Coffee Company is a group of coffee lovers, baristas and roasters based in Bristol.
They started roasting in an old stable just outside of Bristol in 2016 with their beloved roasting machine ‘Ozzy’.

As well as searching out and roasting beautiful coffee gems for coffee shops and customers, these guys have a vision of their roastery as a place where people can come and be inspired by the journey coffee takes from field to cup. Regular cupping events, barista throw-downs and training days all contribute to building a fabulous, integrated coffee community.
