Blind Owl Coffee Company is a group of coffee lovers, baristas and roasters based in Bristol.
They started roasting in an old stable just outside of Bristol in 2016 with their beloved roasting machine ‘Ozzy’.
With the help of some of Bristol’s best caffeine enthusiasts, they have selected a range of predominately single origin coffees. They roast by hand in small batches, without computers or automatic roasting machines; relying instead on their senses of sight, smell and taste to bring out the best in each coffee.
90% of their coffee is roasted & packed by women and their head roaster Jo, has over 5 years roasting experience.
They care deeply about the environment and are currently working on an innovative solution for their local deliveries in the Bristol & Bath area.
