Established in 2011, Dear Green Coffee Roasters are both coffee roasters and a supplier of exclusively 'speciality' grade coffee beans. Their interesting name comes from their home city of Glasgow, also known as ‘The Dear Green Place.' With a roastery and SCA training space located within the city’s creative East End Dear Green’s love for coffee is well documented and they freely admit that they are obsessed with it! They have a 360 degree approach encompassing training and education as well as roasting excellent coffee. Every coffee they source is rigorously checked against their quality control parameters so that it meets their ethical policies, and they always roast to maximise the sensory tasting experience.
