From Dear Green Coffee:

The coffee is produced by farmer Carlos Pola from his farm Finca Las Brisas which is located in the Santa Ana region, very close to the Santa Ana Volcano.

With rich, volcanic soil and high altitudes of up to 1550 metres above sea level, Carlos has ideal growing conditions for excellent coffee.

This is reflected in the successful turnover of 1000 x 60 kilo sacks per year being produced and with cup scores reaching 91 points on their best quality coffees. At Dear Green we have been fortunate to secure this delicious Heirloom Hybrid variety which has been honey processed.
