Ovenbird Coffee - Tanzania Peaberry Gombe

We are proud to announce that the coffee from the Gombe Reserve Projects finally available. All of Sustainable Harvest’s and the Tanzanian farmers’ labour has certainly paid off. They have trained 5000 farmers to produce a coffee that has been recognised worldwide as “Speciality Coffee”.

In the aroma, we got some nice, fleeting floral notes, and a combination of caramel and butter. This coffee has a very clean cup with balanced acidity, sweetness, and body. Notes of blackberries, honey, lime, and fruit cocktail. Slightly tannic as it cools. It also had a dominant tangy-wininess to it. You will not only enjoy the sweet and intense taste, but you will also enjoy knowing that you are helping coffee farmers in Tanzania break out of the shackles of poverty. You will not want to miss out on this wonderful coffee experience.
