This blend makes the perfect gift. It has an approachable spectrum of flavours that produce a medium-bodied, sweet cup with inviting citrus flavour, fresh berries, chocolate and spices. A delicious combination with just the right amount of acidity. Origins: Ethiopia Shakiso, Guatemala El Cipres, Kenya AB Ichuga.

When using this blend for espresso, we like 1 part espresso to 1.5 part liquid yield.
