From Casa Espresso:
"This coffee is grown around the village of Jagong, in the Central Aceh district south of Aceh’s capital Takengon. It is grown at an altitude of 1600 metres above sea level and consists of Bourbon and P88 Varietals.
This coffee semi-washed, known as ‘Giling Basah’ in Sumatra. The cherries are processed by first being de-pulped, then part dried, followed by washing and finally drying. This gives Sumatra it’s individual and characterful taste profile."
