Espresso recipe: The classic 2:1 ratio is a great starting point for pulling an awesome shot of Eden Espresso. What do we mean by that? Well use 19g of coffee to produce a shot that weighs 38g in around 28 seconds.
Eden is a great espresso to play around with, if you prefer the shot slightly fruitier then let the shot run fast, say 24 seconds. If you would like the toffee flavours to become more chocolatey then a shot time of around 34 seconds will do the trick.
