Getting product details...

From Cast Iron Coffee Roasters:

This is a sweet fruity espresso, with notes of toffee, honey and forest fruits. We roast this blend slightly darker than our single origin espressos, maintain sweetness and complexity but not too far as to introduce too much bitterness. Our aim is to make it compliant to pull consistent shots. Composition will change throughout the year.

This is also great for filter as well!

Current Composition

- 40% Peru San Ignacio washed typica

- 60% Colombian Washed Caturra

Name: Eden Seasonal Espresso Blend

Roasterr: Cast Iron Coffee Roasters

Brewing notes

Espresso recipe: The classic 2:1 ratio is a great starting point for pulling an awesome shot of Eden Espresso. What do we mean by that? Well use 19g of coffee to produce a shot that weighs 38g in around 28 seconds.

Eden is a great espresso to play around with, if you prefer the shot slightly fruitier then let the shot run fast, say 24 seconds. If you would like the toffee flavours to become more chocolatey then a shot time of around 34 seconds will do the trick.
