From Rounton Coffee Roasters:

Daybreak Blend is made up of two uncompromising coffees, designed to help you tackle whatever the world throws at you.

These coffees are strong and rich; bold and beautiful. We searched high and low for those beans that suited a little extra time in the roaster, and this is the end result.

When you need a coffee to pack a punch, full of smoothness without any of the bitterness, this will see you through even the most challenging of days.

50% Peru - Hilda Bermeo Guevara - Hilda Bermeo Guevara's farm is situated in the Northern Highlands of the Andes. A combination of washed Caturra, Pache, Bourbon and Catimor, this coffee has sweet pear notes and a full, rich body. Hilda's coffee is part of a new age of coffee sourcing in Peru, where farmers are able to trade their lots more directly than ever before, with extra traceability.

50% Guatemala - Finca Rabanales - Don Gregorio Zamora founded Finca Rabanales. Now run by his great great grandchildren, this farm has been in the family for five generations.
