Getting product details...

In the cup there is an incredibly juicy and full bodied coffee. Sticky plums and sweet molasses are balanced beautifully by a crisp citrus acidity. This bean works particularly well in a flat white but is perfectly suited to all brewing methods.

From Foundry Coffee Roasters:

"We absolutely loved this coffee last season and this year, it’s even better. The Gashonga washing station can be found in the tiny corner of Rwanda that lies between the Congo and Burundi. As is usual in Rwanda, the washing station serves smallholder farmers, around 1600 of them in this case! Rwanda is blessed with ideal coffee growing conditions, high altitude, regular rainfalls and fertile volcanic soils and it seems as though the coffee from this country just keeps getting better."
