The natural processing give this coffee a big body and aroma with low acidity. There is a lovely bitter orange, reminiscent of shredded marmalade and a lovely boozy edge.

Location & Farmer - Grown in the Araku valley by the SAMTFMACS cooperative at 900 to 1100 masl. The varietals of Arabica are Cauvery, S-5 and S-7. This coffee is dry processed.

The Processing - The ripe coffee cherries are picked and sun dried on raised beds.
