Location & Farmer - This coffee consists of heirloom varietals grown at 1900-2000 metres above sea level in the Oromia district in the Jimma zone, started by a cooperative of around 100 smallholders in 2010, winning ‘best in Africa’ regional cupping award in 2012, this season’s crop scoring 90.75 SCAA points.
The Processing - This coffee is processed at the Duromina wet mill, The ripe cherries are pulped, soaked and dried on raised beds
