From Nino @ Casa Espresso:

We found this coffee to have an overriding sweet orange profile, reminiscent of marmalade, and a sweet syrupy body, that lends itself well to many brew methods.

Location & Farmer - La Laguna reserve is situated in the north-eastern part of Cauca, and is home to the CENCOIC cooperative who grow and farm the coffee here. The coffee is grown at 1700-1850 metres above sea level and is a mix of several varietals consisting of Colombia, Castillo, Caturra, Tipica, F6 and Tabi.

Process - The washing process is carried out on the farm, where the coffee cherries are sorted and pulped, soaked and fermented then dried.
