This is our most popular espresso blend, named after the area where we are based. Charlestown is more of a traditional style blend, a touch darker than the Unione, with lots of body, which cuts perfectly through milk.

Patricia is a small farmer located at Mogiana, in the city of Espirito Santo do Pinhal. She is taking over the family business now and is facing the challenges that most women do when taking a lead position in Latin America. Not only a producer of great coffees, Patricia is also Bruna’s personal friend, from Kamba Coffee who we purchase this coffee from. That friendship is important because they are working together to help her get started in the specialty industry. Natural process grown at 1100 masl.

Productores de Cafés Orgánicos y Cafes Especiales de Amazonas (APROCOYCE) offers its members the chance to increase quality via improved access to services such as technical assistance, financial support social services and the facilities to cup the crop they are growing.Coffee is shade grown here, and cherries are picked and then taken to flotation tanks that day for initial sorting of twigs, leaves and floaters, before moving to fermentation tanks where they will stay for between 12-16 hours. They are then washed again and dried on solar dryers in barns before being sorted according to size, quality, and taste and prepared for export. Grown between 1400-1800 masl.
