This Central South American blend is perfect for the Espresso Bar culture. We have roasted this blend Medium to emphasise the simply beautiful flavour levels that this coffee delivers.

The grounds have a very chocolate bittersweet to them with a hint of toasted almond, It's sweet from start to finish, with fairly medium body. The long aftertaste has this persistent clean berry-to-grape sweetness offering Full flavour, nice brightness balanced with a medium body.
