Bright sweet lime with red grade. Juicy with cocoa like body.

This lot was harvested during the first week of October 2014 and has just arrived with us in the UK. We are really excited to be the sole UK source of the current from from this farm. It's brought to us by our friends at Cafe Imports.

La Esperanza is owned and managed by Rosendo Cotrina Huaman. The farm is located at 1700 masl covering an area of 4 hectares and an annual production of 200 quintales (100 lb bags). The trees are a mixture of 80% Bourbon and 20% Pache trees varietal.

Rosendo processes the coffee on site to meticulous standards. The cherreis are hand harvested and fermented for 16 hours followed by about 12 days of drying. His farm is located in La Palma, Chirinos, San Ignacio.
