Brewing: This coffee works well with all filter brewers and espresso. For filter we recommend a 1 - 15.5 brew ratio, and for espresso a 1 - 2.1 brew ratio.
Example: Filter: 16g - 250ml // Espresso: 18g - 38ml

We've been working with Fausto Omar Melgar for several years now via the DR Wakefield 1 to 1 project. His farm is organic certified and he grows the Caturra varietal. All his coffee is hand harvested and and processed using the washed method on his own farm. Every year he produces around 30 x 69kg bags of coffee and this year we selected a small 10kg micro lot from his total production. It's a really great, well balanced coffee with cherry and chocolate notes and a well balanced acidity.
