Roaster's tip: The boquete is a very special coffee, it has a very balanced complexity of almonds and pomegranates that is very deep. It makes a beautiful espresso, or a light filter.

The lots that come from this estate are always impressive, and this one definitely does not buck the trend. It stands out to us on the cupping table with its sheer depth of flavour and silky mouthfeel and with their own social projects in the farm, housing a nursery to care and educate the children of the pickers, providing dry foods to every harvester at the end of each week, offering medical facilities, and paying well over double the market price with bonuses as well as a "fun-filled" Christmas Party. Truly an incredible farm.
