Grey Seal Coffee - India Sethuraman Robusta

This high quality Robusta coffee is grown by the small Sethuraman Estate, situated along the rich mineral soils of the Bhadra river belt, in the hamlet of Magundi, Western India. Unlike the usual approach to Robusta, the estate grow this coffee to very high standards using tree shade cover and eco-friendly pest & weed management. As a result of these carefully managed growing conditions, the beans have been certified as the very first Fine Robusta coffee by the Coffee Quality Institute. It is full bodied, has robust up-front flavours of dark cherry and plump, medium acidity, and develops to a rich, spicy finish.

As a single origin filter it is smooth, full bodied and rich with up front fruitiness.
