Roaster’s tip: It is very hard to go wrong with the Costa Rica, it is an amazing all rounder. Brew as a filter to bring out a cocoa and peach acidity using 16g to 250ml water.

Costa Rica consistently produces excellent quality coffee by account of high altitudes, clean air and high production standards. This is great example of the country’s output and produces a clean, crisp and rich bodied cup of coffee. A versatile bean which works well with all brewing methods but we like it best as drip filter.
