This is our version of the type of espresso you might find in Milan, with a little less bitterness.

This blend will suit those who enjoy an Italian style espresso. We have added a little of the robusta bean to give a slight bitter kick and a good crema but have resisted the urge to roast this super dark to avoid too much sharpness. This is only for brewing as espresso or in a stove-top Moka pot.

Blend of: 95% Arabica, 5% Robusta - Indian Coorg, Chikmagalur, and Wayanaad

Tasting Notes: A full bodied Italian style espresso blend.
