Getting product details...
This is our most exciting coffee yet. Every so often, a bean comes along that’s bursting with flavour and this is one of those. The complexity is stunning and yet it’s easy to brew in lots of different ways making it an excellent bean for the experimenters out there! The individual varietals that make up this crop really well work together, each bringing something distinct yet complimentary to the mix.
We get amazing floral aromas and massive fruit in the cup. Blackcurrants are prominent in filter along with a hint of liquorice. The body is massive and all toffee-ish but you’ll still find that typical hint of lime in the finish. Somehow managing to be solid and yet exciting at the same time, we’re sure that you’l love this as much as we do.
Espresso experimentation is ongoing – more news soon but the possibilities are exciting!
