For those of you that don’t know, the Cup of Excellence competition really showcases the very best that each coffee producing country has to offer. This stunning coffee is one of this years finalists and it’s not hard to see why. Avocado trees shade the coffee and it is hand-picked just at the right time before being washed and gently dried in the sun.
Please note: This coffee will next be roasted on the 18th January 2013. Any orders placed before then will not be shipped until the day after this roast. We aim to roast every few weeks until the coffee is gone and this area will always indicate the next roast date.

This is easily the most beautifully balanced coffee I’ve tried this year. It oozes quality with an indulgent buttery mouthfeel and incredibly well rounded flavours of chocolate and chestnut which compliment the refined yet complex apple and grape acidity perfectly.
