Foundry Coffee Roasters - Bello Horizonte Cup Of Excellence Finalist 2013 - El Salvador

Sorry - Sold out - it's been popular!

Getting product details...

For those of you that don’t know, the Cup of Excellence competition really showcases the very best that each coffee producing country has to offer. This stunning coffee is one of this years finalists and it’s not hard to see why. Avocado trees shade the coffee and it is hand-picked just at the right time before being washed and gently dried in the sun.
Please note: This coffee will next be roasted on the 18th January 2013. Any orders placed before then will not be shipped until the day after this roast. We aim to roast every few weeks until the coffee is gone and this area will always indicate the next roast date.

This is easily the most beautifully balanced coffee I’ve tried this year. It oozes quality with an indulgent buttery mouthfeel and incredibly well rounded flavours of chocolate and chestnut which compliment the refined yet complex apple and grape acidity perfectly.

It’s probably not going to be with us for long so get yours while you can!

From Foundry Coffee Roasters: It's back! Definitely up there with our most popular natural processed coffees of the past few years, this one is an absolute belter. From Foundry Coffee Roasters: We loved this coffee the first time we tried it and we also struggled to decide whether it was a 'comfort' or 'adventure' coffee - but decided in the end that the nutty notes and the smooth caramel and creamy chocolate body just pushed it into...

From Foundry Coffee Roasters: You've just got to love a peaberry, right? There's just something about them. Incredibly juicy and intense in flavour. There are floral hints of bergamot and fruit notes which remind us of peach and limes. On cooling, you might pick up a note of rich tomato, a...
