Black Bear Espresso is roasted and blended to produce a delicious, easy drink coffee. It has become our flagship coffee appealing to a wide range of taste buds. Made from 100% arabica beans from South & Central America, we roast the beans to medium/dark enabling full caramelisation without creating any bitterness that would otherwise occur. Resulting in a Full bodied, smooth, consistently sweet cherries and chocolatey espresso. Perfect to drink as a straight espresso and integrates perfectly with milk for a deep, chocolatey flat white.
We find this works best with a brew recipe of:
Dose: 19 – 20 grams
Brew time: 24 – 26 secs
Brew weight: 33 – 35 grams
