Our new single origin Aracacu from Brazil is a natural processed coffee, however whilst many natural coffees have a real funky and earthiness in their flavour, this coffee is complex with subtle tropical notes and flavours of apricot, maple and florals - not common in Brazilian coffee! The Chaves Brito family has been farming coffee for over a century and currently in its fifth generations hand. Currently Carmen and her sisters manage Fazenda Aracacu. Carman leads the farm and is focused on developing the quality and expand the range of coffees by planting new varietals, new processes and also new ways of blending.
