This is roasted coffee for brewing Cold Brew Coffee. We’ve achieved this by roasting slowly and to a very light profile. Rules were broken in the making of this roast…but it’s out of this world when Cold Brewed.

We wanted to create something as refreshing as iced tea using only cold water and ground coffee.

Cold Brew Coffee requires no added sugar because it is naturally sweet. As the coffee is extracted over 12-16 hours the acidity compared to brewing hot coffee is removed and the sweetness from a light roast is dominant. Enjoy as a concentrate, dilute it or even use it as a mixer for cocktails.

Brewing notes

We recommend Cold Brewing with a ratio of 1:10. Pop it in the fridge overnight and serve over ice the next day. Adjust or dilute to your own preferences. You can even add a spoon of Cinnamon or other spices for a seasonal variation!
