When this is done, we will send you a confirmation email with details about your subscription and when you can expect you first delivery of coffee.
Is there any commitment?
NO - you can pause and resume whenever you want.
Does the price include delivery?
YES - the price you see includes the coffee and delivery.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
YES - we currently offer our coffee subscription service to the UK and Europe. If you live outside this area please contact us
How can I pay for my subscription?
If you live in the UK you can pay by recurring Direct Debit or Credit Card. Outside of the UK we only accept credit cards.
How do I manage my subscription?
As part of your subscription, an account will be created for you in The Coffee Roasters shop. When you log in to your account, you will see details of your subscription and orders. You manage all your subscription preferences and addresses from your account.
When will I get my coffee?
We process all due subscriptions every Friday. Your freshly roasted coffee will be delivered directly from the roaster the following week.
What is your Loyalty Scheme?
When you start your subscription, you will automatically join our Loyalty Scheme. For every 2KG of coffee that you buy, we will send send you a 100g taster pack. If you are an existing customer, all your previous orders will be used towards your 2kg target.
What coffee will I receive if I order more than 1 bag?
Each coffee delivery will be from one roaster and will normally contain one coffee - so, for example, if you have subscribed to the 750g option, you will receive 3 x 250g bags of the same coffee. If you would like different coffees for each delivery then please contact us.
