Pioneered in Brazil pulped coffee acts as a middle ground between the dry and wet processing methods. Here the coffee cherries have their skin and some of their pulp removed before being left to dry. Controlling how much mucilage remains on the parchment allows producers to create their perfect hybrid coffee. Flavours can combine the best of both worlds offering a bolder blend with increased acidity. Discover our full range here.
