From Horsham Coffee Roaster:
Tasting Notes: Wild berries, Peach, Violet, Chocolate

Example: Filter: 15g - 250ml // Espresso: 18g - 40.5ml
Suke Quto farm is located in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia and produces both washed and natural process coffees. The farm was started in 10 years ago by Tesfaye who recruited local coffee farms to plant land with new coffee trees. The aim was to create an organic, rainforest alliance farm that would produce stunning coffees. In addition to the coffee from their own farm they also work with other local small holder farmers.
We discovered this stunning coffee after we received a sample from Trabocca. They pay for the organic certification requirements of this farm and have been instrumental in helping to bring this great coffee to the worldwide market.
Some natural processed coffees are heavy, rich and full of intense fruit flavours often bordering on over-fermentation. This coffee is wonderfully balanced and bridges the gap between washed and natural. It's super clean while still full of juicy, floral fruit notes.
A local community project is in progress to increase the available school space. You can read more about this excellent project at the Suke Quote School Project page.
