• 45% El Salvador Finca Santa Marta (honey)
• 45% Colombia: San Marcos Timana (washed)
• 10% Kenya Karachi PB (washed)

When we built this blend back at the start of May 2013, our intention was to always reflect the very best of seasonal specialty coffees in the UK that show character, sweetness and a deliciously clean cup. Overall we get a super clean but controlled citrus acidity, big & full bodied honey-like sweetness with flavours of marmalade, red apple & candy floss.
