A lovely balanced & medium bodied cup with big sweetness, flavours of caramel shortbread, pomegranate, cherry cola & almond.

"Taken from the idea of a sound equaliser on an old amplifier – the key to this blend is balance. A lovely well rounded cup with great body, pronounced acidity and BIG sweetness. This is our one & only espresso blend, the kind of espresso we love to drink.

Our seventh version of our seasonal Espresso Blend, selected & roasted from the freshest seasonal crops according to availability at the time of year.
We rotate the components of this blend 3-4 times per year & we’re proud to bring you this rendition for summer to show the latest crops.
The arrival of sunshine brings with it some dleicious new coffees from Central America and Africa.

The success of v.6 Spring edition was largely due to the harnessing of flavours of just two beans blended together of the same varietal. But for v.7 we’ve added a third dimension to the blend with the inclusion of a new natural Ethiopian from Gelana Abaya in Yirgacheffe, combined with the super juicy Finca la Bolsa from Huehuetenango in Guatemala & a single estate Kenyan AB from the Makena farm.

V7 consists of:

- 30% Kenya: Makena Estate AB
- 50% Guatemala: Finca La Bolsa (Washed)
- 20% Ethiopia: Gelena Abaya (Natural)

We recommend using a brew recipe of 18g dry grounds > 25-26 second extraction > 33-35g liquid yield."
