We roast on a Loring because it allows us to roast coffees precisely and with profiles that highlight origin, process, varietal and the natural flavours these elements impart on the coffee.
Our catalogue of coffees can be up to 60 per year. We embrace seasonality and smaller lots to showcase the diversity of coffee flavours from around the world. All our coffees score 84 points or higher on the SCA scoresheet to be considered for purchase.
