From Weanie Beans:

The Kochere region is known for its fruity, tea like coffee with predominantly citrus and stone fruits. This bean is naturally processed, which is a back to basics approach, where the fruit is left on the bean, as it dries directly in the sun. This process is proven to produce the most fruity and flavourful coffees, and this is the same within our beans with flavour notes of red currants, lime and raspberry lemonade being expressed through both espresso and filter brewing methods.
