We chose this Guatemalan because we think it is very versatile coffee which works very well for espresso and filter.

Todosantarita cooperative is located in Huehuetenango in Mash, Tuiboch. The average temperature is 20°C, with December-February being the coldest period. In 1986, 17 people created a group that was the precursor to Todosantarita and with the help and expertise of Fedecocagua, Todosantarita coop was formally set up 6 years later in 1992. Since its inception, the benefits to the local community have been very significant, including: a school, a library, a clinic, drinking water & improvements in infrastructure. The head of the Cooperative is Felipe Pérez Pablo and it includes 127 members. Depulping & drying is done at the farm and dried parchment is delivered to Fedecocagua for dry milling.

When do we roast your coffee?

We normally roast on a Tuesday and send out coffee Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders received before 12pm, will be sent out the same day. Otherwise it will be sent the day after.
