Farm owners the Mamani family, Nolberto, Juan-Carlos, Rene and Mauricio are well respected coffee farmers in the Caranavi region of Bolivia. Over the last ten years the family has worked to improve agricultural practices not just on their own farm but also that of their neighbours, some thirty other farming families.

The Mamani family not only control their growing practices but undertake all wet milling and drying on their property too. Harvesting is done by hand and the coffee is dried on raised 'African' beds following wet processing.
