Ovenbird Coffee - Rwanda Rukira

Rwanda Rukira Washing Station coffee is sourced from a well organised cooperative of 2500 family farmers and coffee collectors at an altitude of 1532 mt above sea level.

This is a very nice and fresh Rwanda Bourbon coffee varietal. Incredibly clean and bright – a great example of a crisp and clean prime Rwandan. The brightness is very balanced with a medium body and a cocoa undertone, this is a very pleasant cup that almost anyone would enjoy. There is a hint of spice and just a bit of that Rwandan flowery tone. This cup remains smooth and exotic, sweet and complex. The double fermentation (12 hours wet + 18 hours dry) allows to remove defects and increase cup quality.
