Subject to the same ridiculously long fermentation times that help make Kenyan coffee unique and world class, this cup has a very commanding acidity, with apparent notes of rhubarb and papaya, but grounded with some tobacco and raisin as well, with a dark brown sugar sweetness. The body is juicy, and the finish is crisp with the tropical notes lingering.
