From Horsham Coffee Roaster:
"Harvested between November 2015 and January 2016, this is our first new lot of Ethiopian coffee this year and boy has it been worth the wait!
Hambella is the brainchild of Aman Adinew and his brother Michael. Aman was formerly the director of quality control for the Ethiopia Coffee Exchange and was in charge of the first specialty coffee lab in Africa. As well as growing their own trees, Hambella also process cherry from up to 6000 local smallholder farmers.
The harvested cherry is dried on raised tables for 21 days to exacting standards before being milled in the city of Yirgacheffe."
