Swiss water decaffeination is an entirely natural method performed using no chemicals. The coffee comes from small hold farmers who hand harvest coffee cherries from trees that are grown on their land next to other food based crops.

This is a really clean and sweet decaf with bright notes, good body and chocolate flavours.
