Tasting notes: We've created this blend to showcase the wonderful flavours of christmas time! the brazil contributes chocolate and nut flavours with the rwanda bringing a lovely sweetness with orange notes. The honduras adds a lovely syrupy layer that includes dates and raisin (think christmas cake!)

We launched our Christmas Coffee blend in 2019 and it was a huge hit! We are very excited to release our 2020 Christmas blend that brings together some wonderful coffees from around the world with flavours that are sure to be a hit around the Christmas period. Our Christmas Coffee Blend focuses on using great, fresh crop coffees that work together to create something fun and exciting for the Christmas season.

This has been a very challenging year for many people around the world including coffee producers who have had significant challenges and some have seen reduced buying due to so many global challenges. We are doing our best to sell as much coffee as possible to support these producers!

This years Christmas blend contains the following 3 great coffees:

  • Rwanda Bwishaza Lot 4. Red Bourbon, Washed. Near to Kibuye, Lake Kivu. 1600+ masl
  • Honduras Jose Danilo Fuentes. Obata. Natural. Las Casitas, Corqui, Copan. 1400+ masl
  • Brazil Guima Estate. Natural. Varjao de Minas, Minas Gerais.

This coffee works well for all brew methods. Filter: Dose 15g, water 250g. Espresso: Dose 18 gram to 40 gram yield over about 30 seconds.
