Chocolate, nutty, syrupy body with citrus, orange and cherry.

The "Bold Blend" is not bold in roast but bold in flavour with lots of great intense chocolate and fruit flavours. Each of the blend ingredients are roasted separately and then blended.

Ideal for: Espresso. Works very well in milk based drinks. If you like a more traditional filter or aeropress (lots of chocolate notes with good body) then this will also work very well.

Varietal: Mundo Novo
Processing: Pulped Natural
Altitude: 1250 masl
Private estate farm located near Patrocinio, one of the only coffee growing regions in Brazil with volcanic soil.

Costa Rica San Gabriel community lot 20% (Exclusive Lot)

Varietal: Caturra and Catuai
Processing: Washed
Altitude: 1600 masl
26 small hold farmers located in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.

Rwanda Cyivugiza village 40% (Exclusive lot)

Varietal: Red Bourbon
Processing: Washed
Altitude: 1650 masl
Grown and harvested by small hold farmers, sorted and fermented using various water based methods.

The blend is subject to change at anytime however we aim to achieve a consistent taste profile.

Great for: Aeropress, Cafetiere, Espresso, Filter, Milky, With milk
