This is a delicious washed coffee from Nicaragua that works very well in an Aeropress or as a pour-over. In the cup, look for tastes of syrupy sweet cantaloupe melon and clementine orange.

The farm of Cerro de Jesus is located on the highest mountain in Nueva Segovia and in 2014 was the wining farm for the Nicaragua Cup of Excellence program. Cerro de Jesus is dedicated to a high standard of coffee production to create some incredible flavour profiles which produce a cup that is consistently clean.
