Foundry Coffee Roasters: Huye Mountain - Rwanda - Decaf

It’s very rare that it happens but sometimes we get a decaf coffee to try out and we have to double check that it is actually decaf! This is one of those. It stood out on the cupping table for us as a really well balanced coffee which we would happily drink alongside the rest of our offering.

The Huye Mountain setup is pretty famous now following the release of ‘A Film About Coffee’. The washing station is well established and has been producing great coffee since 2011.

In the cup, you can expect lovely red grape acidity which sits alongside cocoa and marshmallow notes.
