We loved this coffee the first time we tried it and we also struggled to decide whether it was a 'comfort' or 'adventure' coffee - but decided in the end that the nutty notes and the smooth caramel and creamy chocolate body just pushed it into the comfort camp. Still, there are distinct but gentle tropical fruit notes which remind us of mango and this adds an intriguing layer of flavour which keeps us coming back for more. Suited to all brew methods.

Damaris Camposeco is the daughter of a coffee producer and inherited her farm 3 years ago, since then she has been managing the 2 hectares of caturra, bourbon and pache. Damaris is fermenting her coffee for a longer period of time in order to give the cup lots of tropical fruit notes. Damaris' farm is organic certified and she grows a diverse range of food crops.
