From Clifton Coffee:

Our first coffee from Myanmar.

This coffee is a fantastic example of a region with a developing Speciality coffee growing market.

The Mogok region boasts high elevation, and is home to the estate that took first place in the 2017 national cupping competition. These washed coffees are pH and temperature monitored during a controlled tank fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, they are depulped before being sun dried on patios. The parchment is turned hourly for between 10 and 16 days and covered overnight to allow the correct moisture content to be achieved.

This carful processing ensures consistency and high quality in the cup.
