From Clifton Coffee:
"Simply put, this is one of the very best Ethiopian coffees we’ve ever tasted, if not the best.
Biftu Gudina is a relatively new cooperative started in 2012 as part of sustainable Technoserve project. (Technoserve is an NGO supporting the farmers in setting up washing stations and new cooperative structures with a focus on transparency & increased quality production).
With a strong leadership at the cooperative and a real dedication to quality production, Biftu is continuing to deliver some of the most interesting, unique & delicious coffees in all of Ethiopia.
Other flavours in the cup are vanilla & lilac (think lavender wild honey) and a rosewater finish that just lingers on. Simply delicious! This is definitely not a typical Jasmine & Bergamot Ethiopian."
