40% Brazil MANTIQUEIRA DE MINAS (natural)
Minas is considered to be one of the most awarded regions in Brazil. Composed of mostly small producers, this origin is differentiated by the unique characteristics of the terroir and the pioneering work that has been done by it’s farming community. Naturally processed, this coffee presents as smooth biscotti and treacle.
30% Ethiopia KOCHERE (washed)
Part of the Sidamo region in Southern Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe is renowned for producing incredible coffees. Average farm size is under 1 hectare, so there are 26 co-operatives in the region who help get the coffee to market. Fully washed and dried on raised African beds, this coffee brings delicate notes of bergamot and lemon.
30% DR Congo KAWA KANZURURU (washed)
Kawa Kanzuru Cooperative is part of a larger network of 4 cooperatives made up of around 4,800 farmer members in total. The characteristics of this coffee shine through as bright cranberry acidity.
